§ 27.0518. Approval of license.
(a) No license for the sale or importation of beer and alcoholic beverages may be issued by the Treasurer unless the application for such license has been approved by the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board. (b) Before approving or disapproving of any license, the Board shall make a careful study of the character of the applicant and the building and area in which the beer or alcoholic beverage is proposed to be sold, and such other matters pertaining to the sale and importation of beer and alcoholic beverages under the license as may be reasonably required by the Board.
