§ 26.0323. Recreation conservation zones, RC.
(a) The uses permitted in recreation conservation zones are: (1) agricultural crops; (2) recreational facilities. (b) No structure of any sort other than as approved by the Territorial Park and Recreation Board may be constructed between roads parallel to and near the ocean, and the mean high water mark of the ocean. Where no road parallels the ocean, there may be no structure between the mean high water mark and a point 30 feet inland from the mean high water mark of the ocean. (c) The uses and limitations listed in this section must be conducted to insure the development of recreational facilities and the retention of the natural scenic beauty of the area.
