§ 25.1504. Submission of latrine plans for approval.
No latrine, either public or private, may be constructed without approval by the Director of Health and the Department of Public Works. Plans for proposed latrine and sewage disposal installations must be submitted in triplicate for review and approval by the Director of Health and the Department of Public Works showing the plumbing design and layout, sewage disposal method, location of the sewage disposal installation in relation to buildings, wells and other structures, the size specifications of the sewage disposal installation, and the structural aspects of the installation.
