§ 24.0167. Pollution of water
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, or any rule in force pursuant to it, relating to the discharge of water pollutants, shall be guilty of an infraction and upon conviction sentenced to pay a fine of not more than five-hundred ($500) dollars for each initial separate violation, and not more than one-thousand ($1,000) dollars for each subsequent separate violation.. Each day of violation constitutes a separate offense. Amendments: 1980 Amended to conform with penalties provided for in Title 46, Criminal Justice.
