§ 24.0105. Environmental Quality Commission

(a) There is an Environmental Quality Commission referred to in this chapter as the Commission. The Commission consists of 5 members to be appointed by the Governor to serve for an indefinite period of time. (b) The Commission shall meet at least 4 times per year at regularly scheduled times. A quorum of 3 members is necessary to conduct any business before the Commission. A majority vote of those present shall decide all issues before the Commission. A record of each meeting shall be taken, and the record shall be available for public inspection.
