§ 22.0102. Violation a misdemeanor

(a) It shall be a class B misdemeanor for any person to violate any provision of this title unless such violation is punishable as an infraction or a felony under this title or other law of this Territory. (b) Unless another penalty is by this title or other law of this Territory provided, every person convicted of a misdemeanor for the violation of any provision of this title shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500, or imprisonment for not more than 6 months, or both. Amendments: 1980 Amended to conform with penalties provided for in Title 46, Criminal Justice.
