§ 20.1705. Notice of discharge or loading.
Vessels may be discharged or loaded at any time provided 48-hour notice of the intention to discharge or load is given to the Port Director. Vessels making the port of Pago Pago shall notify the Port Director at least 48 hours before entry as to the amount and kind of cargo ex-pected to be discharged.
