§ 20.1301. Boarding vessel prior to pratique prohibited.

(a) The Director of Health or his representative may board each vessel coming from a port other than a port in American Samoa. (b) No other person except a pilot may board the vessel until pratique has been granted, and there will be no other physical communication with the vessel until pratique has been granted.
