§ 13.0312. Department agreements.
(a) The department may seek to establish working relationships and agreements with federal agencies, ASG agencies, public and private sector partners and volunteers, to coordinate, assist or engaged in the providing of a response to a public health emergency. (b) The director may form one or more agreements with any other United States Pacific territories or their agencies to coordinate the provision of a response to a public health emergency.
