§ 46.3617. Indecent exposure.
(a) A person commits the crime of indecent exposure if he knowingly exposes his genitals under the circumstances in which he knows that his conduct is likely to cause affront or alarm. (b) Indecent exposure is a class A misdemeanor. Research Guide: MCC 566.1 30, 15 ASC 661.
