§ 45.0145. Appeals.

(a) An adjudication in juvenile delinquency proceedings under 45.0115, and all orders in connection with those proceedings, are subject to appeal as in civil actions: except, that no filing fees are required. (b) The people of the Territory of American Samoa have the same right to appeal questions of law in delinquency cases under paragraph (a) (1) of 45.0115 as exist in criminal cases.
