§ 45.0141. Records of court proceedings
(a) Records of Court proceedings shall be open to inspection by the parents or guardian, attorneys, and other parties in proceedings before the Court, and to any agency to which legal custody of the child has been transferred, except as provided in 45.0404. (b) With consent of the Court, records of court proceedings may be inspected by the child, by persons having a legitimate interest in the proceedings, and by persons conducting pertinent research studies, except as provided in (c) Juvenile officers records and all other reports of social and clinical studies shall not be open to inspection, except by consent of Court.
