§ 42.0444. Application of payments where more than one order exists.
No order of support issued by the district court acting as a responding state may supersede any other order of support, but the amounts for a particular period paid pursuant to either order shall be credited against amounts accruing or accrued for the same period under both. Amendments: 1979 Substituted reference to district court for reference to High Court.
