§ 41.0310. Certificate
(a) Every alien 18 years of age and over shall at all times carry with him and have in his personal possession any certificate of alien registration receipt card issued to him pursuant to this chapter. (b) Any alien who fails to comply with this section shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor. (c) If after a hearing the Board finds a violation of this section, the alien shall also be subject to deportation or imposition of a fine up to $500.
