§ 32.0628. Notice.
(a) Within 10 days after a claim is filed, the Commissioner, in accordance with regulations prescribed by the Commission, shall notify the employer and any other individual other than the claimant whom the Commissioner considers an interested party, that a claim has been filed. (b) Such notice may be served personally upon the employer or other individual, or sent to such employer or individual by registered mail.
