§ 32.0102. Definitions.

As used in this chapter, the following definitions apply: (a) “Labor organization” means an organization, or an agency, or employee representation committee, plan or arrangement, in which employees participate and which exists for the purpose, in whole or in part, of dealing with employers concerning grievances, labor disputes, wages, rates of pay, hours of employment, or conditions of work. (b) “Person” includes a corporation, association, company, firm, or labor organization, as well as a natural person.
