§ 30.0163. Penalty for failure to file report.

Any corporation or foreign corporation failing to file the report required by 30.0162 is guilty of an infraction and shall be sentenced accordingly. This penalty may be recovered by the government in an action brought by the Attorney General. Amendments: 1980 Amended to conform with penalties provided for in Title 46, Criminal Justice.
