§ 25.2014. Citation
If the citation is not answered by appearance, plea and waiver before the violations bureau before the close of business hours and within 7 business days from the date of the service of the summons, the defendant must appear in the District Court at the time and date indicated thereon. Amendments: 1979 Substituted “violations bureau” for “violations clerk”, added “before the close of business hours and within 7 business days from the date of the service of the summons”, and substituted “district court” for “public health court”.
