§ 22.1307. Enforcement powers.
(a) This chapter shall be enforced by issuance of written traffic citations and according to the rules of the violations bureau and the district court, in accordance with chapter 8 of this title. (b) The following individuals may issue and serve citations for violations of this chapter: (1) all law enforcement officers of the department of public safety;
