§ 22.1205. Remedy of deficiencies.

Every owner or driver, upon receiving a notice of deficiencies, shall remedy those deficiencies and within 10 days shall submit the vehicle for further inspection by the Office of Public Safety or a privately owned facility authorized by the Commissioner to make inspections. Amendments: 1977 Substituted “Office of Public Safety” for “Department of Public Works”.
