§ 22.0319. Meeting or overtaking school bus.
The driver of a vehicle, upon meeting or overtaking from either direction a school bus which has stopped for the purpose of receiving or discharging school children, shall stop the vehicle before reaching the school bus when there is in operation on the school bus a visual signal as specified in 22.1107. The driver may not proceed until the visual signals are turned off and the bus either resumes motion or the bus driver signals the driver to proceed. Amendments: 1983 Amended for grammar.
