§ 13.0327. Temporary regulations, rules and procedures during a declared public health emergency.
(a) During any declared public health emergency, the director may enact one or more temporary regulations, rules or procedures as needed in the discretion of the director. (b) Any such temporary regulations, rules or procedures shall automatically terminate thirty days after the termination of the declared public health emergency.
