§ 7.1412. Executive Director—Duties.

The Executive Director shall be in charge of the administration of the detailed affairs of the Fund. He shall keep all books, records, files, and accounts of the Fund and receive all applications for annuities, benefits, and refunds. He shall prepare periodic reports relative to the operations of the fund and an annual report at the close of each fiscal year reflecting the results of the financial operations of the Fund and embodying all important financial and statistical data pertinent to its operation. Amendments: 1986 replaced “director of manpower resources shall be ex officio director of the fund and” with “executive director” and changed catchline accordingly.
