§ 37.10.078. Prohibited deposits and investments in certain banks.

The commissioner of revenue may not make investments or deposits with a bank doing business in Alaska that has a general practice of        (1) charging a fee for handling disbursements issued by the state; or

 (2) refusing to handle disbursements issued by the state.
