§ 18.20.460. Provisions not applicable to nurses employed in federal or tribal facilities.

The provisions of AS 18.20.400 — 18.20.499 do not apply to a nurse employed in a health care facility that is operated by        (1) the federal government; or

 (2) a tribal organization as defined in 25 U.S.C. 450b.
