§ 08.04.565. Prohibited acts.
An individual licensed under AS 08.04.105 may not perform attest functions through a firm, unless the firm (1) holds a valid permit issued under AS 08.04.240 ; or
(2) is engaging in the practice of public accounting under a practice privilege.
