§ 45-57-243.06. Depositing Net Proceeds for Promotion of Tourism.

The Russell County Treasurer shall deposit 100 percent of the net proceeds of the lodging tax collected hereunder to the account of the General Fund Account of the Russell County Commission for the promotion of tourism.
