§ 45-51A-33.57. Council Not to Interfere in Appointment or Removals.

The council shall approve or disapprove the appointment of every department head or assistant department head within 14 calendar days after such appointment has been sent to the council for its approval or disapproval, or the appointments shall be in effect.
