§ 45-48-70.07. Vacancies Filled.
Each district of Marshall County shall be entitled to one associate commissioner on the commission at all times, and should any vacancy occur, such vacancy shall be filled by appointment of the Governor, and the person so appointed shall hold office for the remainder of the term of the place which is vacant.
