Any living fencing shall be maintained, pruned, and groomed at all times. Any other type fencing shall be maintained and kept in good order both structurally and esthetically at all times.

(d) All vehicle wrecking, salvage, junk, storage yards, and auto repair shops shall be required to be enclosed by a fence as described in this section. The gates shall be constructed in the same manner as the fence and shall be closed when not in use.
