§ 45-32-150.22. Intent of Part.
It is the intent of this part to improve the economic well being of the citizens of Greene County, by providing an increased tax base, jobs for the citizens herein, and promotion of tourism and recreation in Greene County. It is further the intent of this part to provide for strict local control of the citizens herein, and promotion of tourism and recreation in Greene County.
